This year, the tournament is going online and opening its doors to the rest of Asia in preparation for the upcoming ABP 2020.
The first phase of registration will run from August 7 to August 27, 11:59 PM UTC+8.

Format: British Parliamentary
Break to: Octofinals (EFL/Novice break subject to the number of eligible teams)
Team Cap: 100
Insti cap: 5 teams (3 maximum waitlisted team); composite teams are allowed
Judge Rule: N1
Fee: PHP 800 per team/USD 17 for international teams; no fee for judges.
All proceeds will go to charity.
